You have found the problem. The problem is that no one is going to be able to tell exactly that the person installing the SWM kit screwed up. They should never have touched anything having to do with the plate with the on/off switch for OTA. You are going to need to trace each coax and determine their correct location so you can restore the cables to their correct location. If you don't have a coax tracer you can go one cable at a time and jam a piece of foil into the F connector shorting out the cable. Go to the other end of that cable with a multimeter and if it does not read shorted you have the wrong cable. Once you find the shorted cable you can connect it to the right post.
