Wow! It is working. Decided to start turning off all my electronics that have some wireless component and do it one by one to isolate the problem if it produced results or conclude it was an aggregate. Started with Mi Fi that was located about 3 feet from the control unit of the Jack. The Mi Fi would not turn off while the Jack was on so removed the battery to disengage. The Jack immediately responded as one of the four blue lights turned off. I had not been able to get any to change before. I moved the antenna and another went off so aimed and scanned and 50 digital channels. Aimed again and added 8. Moved Mi Fi to other side of the room and the Jack continued to work. After 30 posts and the tolerance and diligence of this group we now know the installation of the after market SWM system to the satellite dish had nothing to do with the Jack. Electronics that use wireless technology will interact. One example is the computer that interacted which may have had a personal hotspot turned on or some bluetooth and my example of the Verizon Mi Fi transmitter that was located within 4 feet of the Jack. With much of this we know the 6-8 foot range on bluetooth but the Mi Fi transmits for a good 50 feet so can't draw any conclusions as the Jack worked after it was setup and channels located with the Mi Fi activated but now about 10 feet away. When boredom strikes I will play with the options to determine if there are relationships between setup and after setup with mi fi on and off. Thank you all for the ideas and Scott G and Hikerdogs for your specific examples. Skipole you were exactly where I was going and was the right track but wrong device. To everyone else who provided ideas you helped to narrow the focus and made me understand my system better. Thanks to all for a great problem solving experience. The checks in the mail.
