Problem with Jack antenna
Ok need some help. I turn on the Jack by turning on the amplifier button in the cabinet and turn on the switch on the Jack. All blue lights are lit and no matter how far I move the actuator in either direction they remain lit. I scan for channels. Get a bunch but none of the major networks. Research shows the majors are as closer or closer and in same direction as the junk I get. I turn off the Jack by turning off the switch and the button amplifier and scan again. Get the same channels. I do by the way switch from cable to antenna and input is Tv. I have cable hooked up and that works when amp is off. Also have directv sam but that operates off comp. What am I doing wrong with Jack?
