Problem with RV.net email going to "junk" folder

I need help form the RV.net computer tech. dept. For the last 5 days all my RV.net email is being sent directly to my "Junk" mail folder. I have check all my email preferences and junk filtering sett...

Either left or right click (depending on your email software) on the RV.net email address on your email from them and select "save to address book" or "contacts" or something similar. This should alleviate the problem.
