Problem with RV.net email going to "junk" folder

I need help form the RV.net computer tech. dept. For the last 5 days all my RV.net email is being sent directly to my "Junk" mail folder. I have check all my email preferences and junk filtering sett...

Yes, if you add the address from which RV.net sends the email to your address book, you will never again have the problem of them going to spam.
