Problem with RV.net email going to "junk" folder

I need help form the RV.net computer tech. dept. For the last 5 days all my RV.net email is being sent directly to my "Junk" mail folder. I have check all my email preferences and junk filtering sett...

Make sure you put the sender address in your contacts list, The junk filter uses this as a "WHITE LIST" which usually (most of the filters) overrides all other filters.

Since I do not get e-mail from this service (normally) I do not know the sender's address but if you click on show details it will be displayed.
