Problems with Class Bs used as second cars where restricted.

We owned a condo in FL once that restricted trucks and motorcycles. I had a small pickup. It wasn't allowed. Another fellow had an antique motorcycle in the back of his garage. It was never used. One day while his garage door was open a neighbor saw it. They made him remove it.

We sold the condo and will not buy in a restricted community again.
