Problems with Class Bs used as second cars where restricted.

Living in a big city where my RVan would be parked on the street (garages arent tall enough) I made sure of what the restrictions were and made SURE that the P.O. had titled the van as a passenger car. Then the title switch went smoothly. Like many others I would never live with HOA rules which can be changed overnight if somebody got their nose out of joint.
