Progressive insurance charges a cancellation fee

I called to cancel ins. on my class C. I wasn't even in the middle of a contract year, but rather about to re-up for next year, and since the rv will be sitting idle for a long time on some long term...

Many companies base their rates on where you live. Like myself in Minnesota,
they know I only camp about 6 months out of the year. They base the rate on
this. I was told by an agent that it was for the whole 12 months at this rate
so they didn't have to fool around with the paper work every time you put into
storage or took it out.
