I agree. The management should know who will deliver to an RV.
I have found that it is very rare for a distributor to send a truck to deliver propane to an RV. I have been told that "insurance rules" forbid it; that it just isn't worth the small amount of propane delivered; and that it is simply company policy.
Whatever the reason, it is rare.
