X2 - I've been through this with several RVs and pretty much just give up. The propane furnace is loud and annoying anyway so I only run it when absolutely necessary. Space heaters are much quieter and, as someone mentioned, are often paid for by the park you're plugged into.
Also, I try to spend time recreating in my recreational vehicle in warmer places where I don't need much, if any, heat. I realize others have different usage patterns. All you can really do is hammer on the dealer to fix it.
