Propane or genset for refrigerator when on the road

And it is right I have a 100 lb propane tank (gee a 100 gal would be rather huge wouldn't it).

So based on what I see and have read, I will start by leaving the refrigerator on Auto and open the propane valve.

I will attempt to be mindful and turn off/on the propane when fueling (one more itemm on the fuel stop checklist).

I suspect for a part of the trip wee will have the genset on to cool the interior down as we will be in the Gufl States through to Yuma and back.
