How do you refill your propane tank? Do you have to go to a special refill place or do you pull out the tank?

I'm assuming you have a motorhome. The tank in a motorhome is not removable (well, not by design). You need to take it to a place that can accommodate filling a MH. When we had a TT, I used to pull the tanks and bring them to any refilling place in our truck.
