A couple of things. The pictures gave me the impression that the interior and exterior are in good shape. The price is less than many of us spent on our MH's sales tax. That's really good!
Your degree of knowledge of MH's is obvious to me, based on your question regarding propane tanks, you could use some real help. You really need to spend a few buck and get a real MH expert to look it over. I have a client who purchased a MH for about your same money, had lots of experience, had an expert check it out, purchased it, drove it 500 miles out of state and the engine went out on them, spent $10k+ for a rebuilt engine. Now they have a $25k+ MH that's worth $15k.
Buying a gas MH with 50,000 miles and 14 years old could be a great find, on the other hand?
