How do you expect your fridge to work while you're driving???
A. I find the fridge stays cold for a few hours as long as you leave the door closed. (That is here on the Island, not in Death Valley!)
B. I have the option of running the fridge on 120v using the inverter, but am limited by the inverter's battery supply for how long. Any solar helps with that, but cannot be counted on.
(This rig does not have any alternator 12v supply to the house batteries like many MHs have, or any way to use the house batts for starting the truck either, so that is not there in our case.)
