It is a company policy plain and simple. They offer all kinds of reasons, but when pressed, the answer will always be the same, company policy. I am certified to "deliver" propane here in Idaho and know the state law, but had one company tell me that it was against the law to deliver propane to an RV. WRONG, try again. Then it became a town ordinance, WRONG, next excuse. 2 out of the 3 local companies will not fill a motorhome on site, but the 3rd will and at a price 25¢/gal cheaper than the others, plus has NO delivery charge or safety fee charge the other 2 impose. Ours was just filled on our site last week @ $1.89 a gallon.
