Well, I have had vertigo twice in my life. Once was 13 years ago (I know because the antivert prescription is still in my medicine cabinet. The second time was a couple months ago. I had things to do that day and the vertigo was not going to help. So I googled and found an exercise. Now, you all are talking about the "Epley" maneuver. It would help, no doubt. But what I found was the "half sommersault." I'm guessing it's the Epley without any help.
It does take much less time. . . I did it twice and was up and walking afterwards. Even my DH was amazed as I had been swooning around grabbing onto things, and I got up off the floor and was fine.
Anyway, it's nice to know about the exercise. My doctor never mentioned it. Wonder why.
