Good eyes! It's not a Ford part number, but, my bet is that the stamping of that post production/serial number (whatever it is) on the face of the flange had something to do with the initiation of the crack. Glad you found it before the . . . . . "unthinkable" happens. The engineers at Ford should get to the bottom of this before "ASAP" happens. Hopefully it's just an exception rather than a pattern failure.
