Pulling a pop-up with your A

Friends of ours have a pop-up and they like to go camping with us occasionally - except on long trips. I offered to pull their pop - up behind our A. I have plenty of capacity and it's well under the weight limit. Is there any reason this is a bad idea? I couldn't come up with any reason why this can't be done. It has brakes, it's light enough and length is not an issue. I can park it for them, etc. Anyone ever done this?
  • I have towed many things but not a pop up. I do not is any reason it could not be done. My only concern would be when having to make tight turns. The pop up may hit the motorhome.

I have seen toads and trailers hit motorhomes that have a 50 degree wheel cut.
  • You won't even know it's back there. Only real problem I could see is reversing it will be difficult. You may want to bring a wheel for the jack so you can unhitch and push it into place.

What's the difference in this and pulling a boat? Not even that hard to back up as I do it all the time... click on "How I tow" below.
