Yes you can, however. If the diesel nozzle is at an island where there is a gas nozzle, you cannot pump it yourself.
If there is nothing but diesel at the island, then you can pump yourself.
Oregon fuel prices show the cost of fuel ASSUMINGyou have a PUC number. Otherwise you can count on having about 25 cents added on to the posted price. No big deal and the clerks don't care.
