No I believe New Jersey or one of the other NE states also has no self serve. The reasons are long lost to history. BTW across the river in Washington state gas is about 15 cents a gallon higher and they have to pump their own. Same in California. Have lived and traveled all over the country and just don't see the reasons for 4 pages of complaining over such a simple thing.
