Looks clean and is a Winnebago. but probably a little high. In a month it will be 6 years old. In comparison I bought my 2013 Monaco 34' last Jan for $110k and it is on a 24,000 chassis. 2 A/C with heat pumps, electric heater in wet bay, front trak bar which I don't think was on 08 chassis.
One of the big problems with used MHs right now is many were purchased prior to the recession. Owners paid top dollar for them in good times. Prices have dropped since then. Hard to get any good price when new is cheaper.
BTW. Last year when I was looking I could have purchased an 08 diesel pusher 36' for about $80k
