Purchase New 2018 Winnebago Vista 31BE

I just returned from an RV Show put on by a local/national dealer. I have been looking to purchase a 2016 or 2017 of the subject RV and have checked prices on RV Trader. Pricing of 16 or 17 have been mostly in the high 70s to mid 80s. This dealer is offering the 2018 model for 89,000. I hesitate to purchase a new unit and suffer the drive off depreciation, but I thought maybe with this price I may avoid that big bump down.
Anyone with thoughts about the pricing etc.?
