The amount you spend should be determined by what you plan to do with it. If you only plan to do somewhat local trips on the weekends and short vacations, than I would not spend too much. Emergency road service is a must.
If you are thinking of extended cross country trips than you will have to spend a lot of money to insure reliability.
Roof sealing and tires are two of the most important items. A clean mattress is important as are appliances that function properly.
It might not be a bad idea to have the propane items all checked for proper operation and for leaks.
Naturally you want the water system to work without leaks and the waste tanks to free of leaks.
The TV and many other items are creature comfort items that you may or may not deem necessary.
I would doubt that you will be able to recoup much if anything that you put in to this coach. If you do get a lot of use out of it, just consider anything you get as gravy. We spent almost twice that amount on a trip to South America and we recouped ZERO and it was worth every penny. :B
