Flanz, I've seen it over and over again that people will buy what maybe you and I wouldn't. Some people will only look at cars with 100,000+ miles, etc.
Put your RV up for sale, list all the particulars including the needed repairs and I bet you will find a buyer. As long as you are realistic on price, it will sell.
