Better check that out thoroughly. Some parks or counties won't allow something permanent in a RV park...perhaps a mobile home park. There are regulations that a RV has to be able to be moved in an emergency.
Also, it seems that would be very difficult to sell or haul away, if needed. It doesn't sound like it would be safe on the road.
