All it takes is a phone call to ask any park that you are interested in, if they would allow it. There are many RV parks that have "permanent" residents so I don't think you will have any trouble. You might even ask if they have any jobs you could do while you are parked/living there. Sort of like work camping except you may be there for awhile.
