Makes sense to me. Knew one couple from Maine that left their TT in Florida for a few years. Only thing they needed to do was strap it to the ground to have insurance.
If you don't mind me asking, how did the frame get in such a state? So many on this forum believe a DP will go forever. Simple truth is once you get a repair bill that is more then the rig is worth, that is the death of the rig regardless gas or diesel.
