Sell it for what you can get. It will become an albatross eventually if you set it up in a park, especially when you decide you don't want to always go to the same spot or can't. It will end up costing you way more than if you just vacationed in a cabin somewhere, even for the winter. You'll be tying yourself down to a potentially expensive nightmare - what would you do if the park decided to upgrade or changed hands and told you to come get it?
