Since you've used a meter, I can assume you have some knowledge of electricity. First check to ensure you have 12VDC TO the switch. Flip the switch and ensure you have 12VDC FROM the switch. If you do, then do the same to ensure you have a good GROUND as well. Does sound like a bad relay that hasn't reset, but do the simple stuff first. carefully REread the OP post.He has no power to windows period and no power to mirrors period so its not a 12v issue with one switch
