You need to locate the BCC and find the igntion relay. This relay turns on power that Fleetwood installed. It should be a large relay.
It should look like this. It is energized through the circuit board. Verify that it is operating and when energized has the same voltage on both large terminals. When not energized it will have voltage on one side coming from the chassis battery.
