It should look like this. It is energized through the circuit board. Verify that it is operating and when energized has the same voltage on both large terminals. When not energized it will have voltage on one side coming from the chassis battery.

why would they use a solinoid to control power to the power windows and mirrors ?? and nothing else?not saying your wrong but just trying to understand why they do something this dumb?
