The relay feeds a separate fuse panel. On this fuse panel are items like fog lights, radio, power windows power mirrors, mirror heaters.
This is common practice in electrical systems not just RVs.
Ok but a solenoid just for the windows and mirrors seems absurd to me
now if it was for the Door locks,windows,mirrors,heater fan, etc etc and the lot
