The BCC was in the basement compartment right beside the door. I had looked in there several times with dumping the fresh water tank but had forgot about electrical wires running to a box. When I opened the door, I said "HELLO BCC"! Then it was just a matter of finding the right fuse. I am going to recheck what the inside of the panel says and put a 20 amp fuse in that place. The 10 amp blown fuse was really black and I have never seen one look that bad. Again thanks to you all for the help.
