My first trailer was a Coachmen. The only two problems I had was the window screen beside the dinette bowed out and would allow insects in. My dealer ordered me a new screen and solved the problem. Cost-$0. The only other problem was the cold water fitting at the kitchen sink started dripping. I tightened that one to fix that problem and checked the rest. I now have a 2016 Coachmen class C. Haven't had it too long, as I bought it used. The only problem so far was the board for the furnace got wet and ruined the board. I contacted Coachmen, they said give them the VIN, and my contact information. They emailed and said it was an Atwood issue. He talked to his Dometic rep, they sent me a new board, furnace door frame, door, and exhaust tube. He asked if I needed someone to do the replacement for me, but I told him I could take care of it myself. Cost-$0.
Most of the Coachmen's aren't high end, nor do they pretend to be. They don't have the solid surface countertops and the best furniture on the market, but they seem to be built as well as anything else without going to really high end stuff. I wouldn't have any problems buying another Coachmen.
