Question re: steer tires
By looking on the sidewall, is there a way to determine if a Goodyear 245-70R-19.5 tire is a 'steer tire'?

I've always thought that any tire that does not have cross treads can be used as a steer tire. Interesting question. Hope you share the results of your investigation with us.
