Question re: steer tires
By looking on the sidewall, is there a way to determine if a Goodyear 245-70R-19.5 tire is a 'steer tire'?

On the side of the tire, there should be in pretty big letters and numbers the model of the tire....IE., G647 or G670..... and there should also be the size, 245/70R 19.5, and load rating, F, G or H, or something similar.
