Since you are going to meet the owner, ask him about the following areas and see if they have been repaired: Roof rails, wet bay, driver's side front slide floor. These are a series of problems across all Tiffin models from 2007 - 2011. Tiffin has stepped up to the plate and will repair these areas if they have problems although the time is running out on some of these repairs.
Is this a diesel unit? If it is, the owner should have all service records for you to review. The price, btw, seems high to me even if it is a diesel. If everything about the coach checks out, I would start my offers far lower - especially if it is gas engine model.
