Welcome to the forum. On any RV, check the age of the tires. RV tires usually age out before they wear out. Check the date code on the side of the tires, including the spare, if it has one.
Don't be in a hurry to buy. Take your time and do your homework, find a floor plan that works for you.
If you don't feel comfortable inspecting the unit, hire a mobile RV tech to do an inspection when you find one you are serious about buying.
Decide how you will use the RV. If you will be traveling a lot the diesel may be a good choice. If you will be parked for long periods a gas unit may be a good choice.
