I park on gravel. The tires lasted eight years. I couldn't use any more time than that because they timed-out anyway.
I am fortunate to be able to park indoors on low profile laminated 2x4 ramps with galvanized roof flashing covering the ramps to prevent the upward migration of moisture. My Michelins are 13 years old and showing no signs of any kind of dry rot. They are slated for replacement in March in preparation for the Spring /summer travel season. I am still of the opinion that with careful care RV tires can last beyond the so called established time of use. We are being to kind to the tire manufacturers when we purchase a set of tires and do little more over their life span than monitor air pressure. How many other 2-3-4000 dollar investments do we turn our backs on like we do our tires with little or no care? Probably none, huh?
