Trail Lite Is this a decent manufacturer and does this look like a good buy? NADA is about $15,000 or so.

Considering the price is somewhat below NADA value,and assuming from a mechanic's inspection that nothing else needs any major repair, would the repair of the lamination be a costly one? It seems as though there are only two small areas affected. Of course my mechanic's inspection should tell me the extent.
