Electric or nothing are your choices. There is a dump station and lots of water sources around though I'm not sure when they turn them off.
I've stayed there on many occasions around this time of year and never had a problem finding a site. Sometimes I was alone. The only thing I can think of that could cause a problem would be a combination of nice weather and something going on in the area. No county fairs or graduations now but I'd Google around a bit and check on sporting events at Penn State or area high schools.
