OK, I had the fans replaced, and that little round thing that tells the fans when to come on. All that, and still no help. 54 degrees in the fridge and minus 4 in the freezer. Haven't got the bill ye...

egh33 I was in the same boat the ice cream in the freezer was rock hard but the frig was 52degs on a good. So I just went with the Samsung 197 got it on sale for $1079 and $970 for install and wood trim, now the freezer -2 and the frig +38 install took about 7hrs. Hope you get it fixed what ever way you go.
