OK, Folks,
I answered my own question. After 2 weeks of trying to figure this thing out I finally have my answer. It's probably quite obvious to most but the adage does say "If it was a snake . . . . "! Check out this picture "missing fuse" and notice in the upper right hand corner there is a white wire attached and no fuse in the slot. I put a fuse in and "mystery solved"!
I was looking through all of the other fuses trying to find the culprit when it never existed in the first place. In my defense this is a new to me RV . . . . . can we call it a rookie mistake?!?!?
On to the next project!
