We had this exact issue with our 2008 FW Hurricane 34B after the house batteries died. I replaced the three house batteries and same interior electrical problem as you mentioned. I called Thor and was told the reset was under the master bed. I looked and never found a button under the bed. It was found by the mechanic to be under the hood as you described.
Remindes me to make a label for the main breaker pannel at the master bed and one for the batt control box.
