I have a double barrel PROJECTILE pepper spray GUN. It fires the pepper spray load at 395 mph, no joke. You can fire it TWICE before reload and you can start firing at 23 feet. Minimum safe distance is 5 feet. It has a laser guided site. This looks menacing all by itself. I got it after a half stoned street corner beggar crossed through traffic ( I was in the far lane) and approached me in my convertible (with the top down) and began swearing at me. Now it is always in my console when I'm driving or in my bag when I'm not in the car. Yes, I do own a firearm, and I am trained in using it. I like this less lethal option as well. But don't be fooled, a projectile delivering pepper spray ay 395mph is no toy gun. If fired too close you certainly could kill someone.
