Yes we are. Basically both parties agree on the lowest acceptable offer and they advertise it for you on their lot and on their web site; when you have a buyer they handle all the loan payoff/sales paperwork for you. They have had ours since mid April which we don't mind because we have not had time to use it this summer anyway and don't want to put more miles on it, but it needs to sell soon because I'm getting a bit twitchy/stressed. On occasion CW will buy your RV from you but they don't want to buy ours.

We have owned our prior rental (Thor Freedom Elite 31 R) for two years and now have it up for sale. Although it is our 2nd camper, my husband is active duty Air Force and it is just a pain to own one while moving so much. We will wait to buy our next after he has retired. We thought we were going to be at this current location for 4 years but now that has changed to two meaning we move again next spring.
Ours is on the huge CW Chattanooga, TN lot if anyone knows anyone who might like to help us out and buy ours.
It is currently "advertised" at $58K but can be had for just over $45K. It's in great condition and has 50,000 miles on it. It also comes with the chalks, leveling blocks, tire covers, and spare tire.

I'm guessing you're doing a consignment sale. It's a little off topic, but if you don't mind, could you write few lines about how that works? Always been curious. Thanks!
