Class C on the Palisades Interstate Parkway?

Considering the PIP starts in Fort Lee, NJ and ends at the Bear Mountain Bridge in Highland Falls, NY, use 9W, which runs more or less parallel and will get you to/from the same places. It'll also get you to Albany, NY, which is a lot further north.
