The inner wheels should have a valve extension hose which is easily accessible. The outer wheels have a straight valve aimed directly toward the inner wheel most times, which makes filling sort of a pain without the proper dual air chuck.
you might be able to get your connector on it if it does clamp and hold.
of course I'm just talking about how mine is, yours may be different.
