First off the Air Bags would be factory Freightliner issue since the M2 would have been equipped that way. The rear overhang on most class C's require some awareness and minimal driving skill to avoid dragging or scraping the sides even if the air suspension was working properly. On our M2 each side is independant on the rear and if not working (no air) would have been obviously down too low to the ground. Pre-trip walk-around would have prevented me from driving such an obvious unsafe vehicle...

Be interested in knowing how he determined no insulation on slide since it would have been sandwiched under the fiberglass and aluminum and be inside the latticework of the aluminum/steel slide frame. Pictures would be nice to show actual issues.

Regarding the dealership, sounds like poor customer service, why not contact Dynamax CS directly??? Strange however, that Berryland is in Louisiana (not Aelabama) and also has an A+ rating with BBB.
